the location is very convenient, with easy access to many attractions. the breakfast offered a decent variety of options each morning. i found the availability of coffee in the lobby at all times especially helpful. cleaning service provided fresh towels daily, a nice touch.

the staff was kind and positive, treating guests with respect. they were very accommodating with my late check in, which i appreciated. taxi service can be arranged for around 50€, a convenient option for airport transfers.

the breakfast is available from 07:30 to 10:30, simple but always fresh and tasty. coffee is accessible throughout the day in the hotel lobby for all guests. a bit more variety in fruit choices could enhance the breakfast experience.

The hotel is near major attractions. Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and the Basilica Cistern are within a short walk. A tram stop is also close. The staff helped me find good restaurants. They also helped me plan excursions. The rooms are spacious with the usual amenities. My bed was comfortable and cozy. The shower had hot water and was clean. The hotel's location is quiet. The rooms have double glazed windows. I felt safe in the hotel and walking around. The WiFi allowed me to work effectively.
The breakfast selection was limited. It was not very interesting. I decided to skip it on my second day.

The front desk staff showed genuine kindness. They also provided efficient and caring service. Tugba and Hakan offered delicious Turkish coffee, a nice touch. Osman, the front office manager, gave clear directions around the city.

i was charmed by the hotel's proximity to key attractions. the grand bazaar and the blue mosque are within easy walking distance. the staff proved helpful with directions. i must mention that the room cleaning was punctual and met my expectations daily.
the bathroom was quite small, and the wi-fi signal felt a bit unstable during peak hours.

The staff provided next level customer care anticipating our needs. Iskender arranged competitive priced tours including hotel transfer. Baran greeted my kids with a smile and helped them with their bags. Osman and Gorkem were helpful finding deals and restaurants during night shifts.
The junior room I booked was smaller than shown in photos. The hot breakfast items included watery scrambled eggs. Some fruit served at breakfast was not ripe.
